Hello, sorry to bother you but I’m having some trouble with my latest mint.
For the first time I did a ranked auction for a limited edition of 5.
Received 6 bids and auction ended, I was able to claim the ETH, but I reached out to the collectors and nobody is able to claim their artwork so far.

Is it normal? Does it need more time?
Do I need to do anything more?

So apparently the only refund was claimed smoothly, but all the collectors are saying that the wallet tx doesn’t pop up when they click “Claim Token”
What should I do?
it looks like something specific to mobile wallet? what wallet/browser is used here?
Are you able to claim on a desktop?
Idk about the specific wallet but two users had the same issue both phone and desktop.
Another user with the same issue.
Isn’t there a way for me to send them out from my end?
Hi, you can technically mint all 5 as creator reserves (via your collection management page), and then transfer them out to the winners if you wanted. However, it would be great to understand what’s going on a bit better, as we can’t reproduce the issue. Can you ask any of the users to send a video or directly chat with us here?
I tried to ask but I’ve been bothering them since Sunday about it and I think they are pretty much stressed out about it rn.
I don’t wanna be rude or anything but I think I’ll got with the creator reserve way for this time.
