Duplicate Outputs and Missing Metadata

A few of my collectors got the same output on two different tokens from my Isometric Retroscape project which features curated outputs.

And there’s also an issue with token 57 minted 11 hours ago and it’s still missing it’s metadata. I have tried to refresh it on both Highlight & OpenSea but nothing changed.

Would be great to get this sorted as soon as possible. The issues combined have had some negative effects on the project causing some collectors to avoid minting it due to the issues.
